ABOUT ME
Passionate About Inspiring Others
I didn't start out as a coach. I started out as someone who had to figure out leadership the hard way — in the field, under pressure, with real consequences.
Growing up in Chicago and making my way to Israel in my early twenties, I studied aeronautical engineering at the Technion, served as a combat soldier in a special forces unit of the Israeli Air Force, and then spent over 35 years building businesses — as a CMO, a Business Development Director, a Deputy CEO. I managed teams across continents, negotiated in boardrooms from Tel Aviv to Zurich, and learned more about human nature from those experiences than any textbook could have taught me.
Along the way, I discovered something that changed everything: the most important leadership work doesn't happen in the office. It happens inside you. The executives who struggle aren't lacking strategy or skills — they're leading others before they've learned to lead themselves.
That insight became the foundation of everything I do today.
I work with entrepreneurs, executives, and teams who sense they're capable of more — and are ready to do something about it. My approach isn't theoretical. It's built from decades of real decisions, real failures, real breakthroughs. I bring that experience into every coaching conversation, every leadership program, every team I work with.
I've seen what people are capable of when they stop managing their limitations and start leading from their strengths.
That's what I'm here to help you discover.
